Yesterday was my brother’s birthday. I won’t tell his age, he might get mad at me . My Kuya Isagani is our eldest. I remember when we were young, he would buy a board game every Christmas for the whole family. We would play together and have fun playing with our mom and dad. I miss those days. Now that we are far apart, I really miss them SO MUCH. When they were still in the Philippines, his family would invite us to go strolling with them.
At first, you will think that he is strict, but he is really strict hehehe. I remember when I was in High School, my friends from elementary would visit me, my kuya will ask “Ano yun manliligaw mo?”. . When one of my suitors would call me on the phone, I would hang up the phone immediately because I was so afraid of him.
But he really has a good heart. He protects all of us. Sometimes he becomes overprotective, but we can’t blame him because I know very well that he loves us so much. He was the one who experienced to stay away from us for some time. When he was in Collage, he would ask me to wash his bag and he would give 100 pesos (that was a big amount of money at time). He calls me “Mata” because my eyes are big, then eventually he called me “Matthew” or “Machu” so that it will not be obvious to everyone who hears it. When I come home from school, I would tell him jokes that I got from my classmates and he would laugh so hard. I miss that so much.
But I would like to thank him because he treated my husband really well. He treated him like his own brother. Manang and kuya was always there to support me and dex. They love our kids and treated them like their own.
I really hope that we will have those times again. I really do.
I miss you KUYA GANI…I miss you MATTHEW…I miss you MANANG…
I just hope that we would have some time chatting…Hope you had a great time yesterday. Don’t forget to thank the Lord for all the blessings that he has given you…I LOVE YOU KUYA!!! GOD BLESS YOU IN JESUS NAME.

There are times in our lives when we feel that we can’t stand the pressures, trials, sufferings in our lives. But if we turn to God He will never let us down. This song will always remind me that MY LIFE IS IN HIS HANDS…
“My Life Is In Your Hands”
You don’t have to worry
And don’t you be afraid
Joy comes in the morning
Troubles they don’t last always
For there’s a friend in Jesus
Who will wipe your tears away
And if your heart is broken
Just lift your hands and say
Oh
I know that I can make it
I know that I can stand
No matter what may come my way
My life is in your hands
With Jesus I can take it
With Him I know I can stand
No matter what may come my way
My life is in your hands
So when your tests and trials
They seem to get you down
And all your friends and loved ones
Are nowhere to be found
Remember there’s a friend in Jesus
Who will wipe your tears away
And if you heart is broken
Just lift your hands and say
Oh
I know that I can make it
I know that I can stand
No matter what may come my way
My life is in your hands
With Jesus I can take it
With Him I know I can stand
No matter what may come my way
My life is in your hands
I LOVE YOU JESUS. YOU ARE MY STRENGTH WHEN I AM WEAK. I KNOW I CAN MAKE IT WITH YOU OH GOD.

What comes to your mind when you hear the abbreviation ASAP in your workplace, at home or anywhere else. People tend to be stressed out and be in a hurry and worry. As Christians we need not to be in a hurry or worry…Read along this poem to know why…
There’s work to do, deadlines to meet; You’ve got no time to spare, But as you hurry and scurry- ASAP – ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER
In the midst of family chaos, "Quality time" is rare. Do your best; let God do the rest- ASAP – ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER.
It may seem like your worries Are more than you can bear. Slow down and take a breather- ASAP – ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER
God knows how stressful life is; He wants to ease our cares, And He’ll respond to all your needs A.S.A.P. – ALWAYS SAY A PRAYER.
When it seems that things are all messed up…stop think and remember…GOD WILL MAKE A WAY…to turn things in order and in their proper place again.
My aunt is really rich. She doesn’t have a big bank account, though. Still, I have known her to share the last penny in it to help someone in need. She doesn’t have a fancy, new car either, but she gets the most out of her old, used one giving rides to friends who can no longer drive themselves. Her home is no mansion. Yet, my childhood visits to it have filled my mind with treasured memories and my heart with priceless happiness. My aunt’s riches come instead from the places that high prices and inflation can never lessen. My aunt’s riches come from her loving soul, her generous spirit, and her joyous life. Every time I speak with her on the phone or get a card from her in the mail the richness of that life shines though. Her gentle laughter has brightened my day many times over the years. Her optimism and faith have strengthened my own as well. Her kindness, caring, and happiness have helped so many people, touched so many souls, and done so much good in this world. When it comes to the treasures of Heaven she will forever be one of the wealthiest people I know. When it comes to finding the joy in living she will always be rich beyond compare. I only pray that one day we all can live with such priceless love. Leo Buscaglia once wrote that, "We find the greatest riches where we find the joy in living; since we serve God and ourselves best in joy, it seems to be the only sensible goal in life." My dear aunt learned this a long time ago and she has spent her whole life teaching it to others as well. I am proud to have been one of her students and taken her course in the "Richness of Living 101." Thanks to her I daily choose more love, more joy, more laughter, and more life. Thanks to her I seek and share the treasures of Heaven always. Thanks to her I am far wealthier in oneness with God. May your own life grow rich as well in the things that truly matter.
~ Joseph J. Mazzella ~
Let us continue to serve God and not get tired of sharing His words to others… The joy that it brings cannot be compared to any material material things in this world. God bless you all.

Today is my mom’s birthday! Her friends call her Paz, but i prefer if they call her by her real name Pacita. I call her mama and all her grandchildern call her Mapaz. My mama is a very kindhearted person. She is beautiful inside and out. Although she experienced many trials and problems she never gives up. I remember as a child, everytime I feel sick, she would encourage me to pray to God so that i will get well easily. And she is right because God is our healer. I am very blessed to have a mama who supports us always. There are times in my life when I have disappointed her because of the things I have done and the decisions I made. I hated myself for that and now is the time for me to say sorry for all those things and my shortcomings. But I learned from those mistakes and that made me strong. I want to thank her because inspite of what I did she is always there to support us. I know she loves us very much. I miss the nights when we would sleep together and we would share stories and problems that we want to deal with. She is not just my mama. She is my BEST FRIEND. We love u mama! I pray that God will always give you peace of mind, physical strength, good health and spiritual strength. I also pray that God will strengthen your relationship with papa, us your kids, your grandchildren, our whole family and your friends. God bless you in Jesus Mighty Name. Happy birthday Mama! We love you!!! See you soon…
